Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
Each Enam's Locs product is handcrafted by our team using 100% Afro Kinky Human Hair.
Return Window Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged — with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Restocking Fee A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund.
Custom Orders All orders in colors other than Natural Black (1B) are considered custom color orders and are not eligible for return or exchange. Orders with a customer-specified size or length are also considered custom and follow the same policy. We recommend ordering a sample set before placing any custom color order to confirm your preference before committing to a full order.
How to Start a Return Contact us at info@enamslocs.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that the return address may differ from the original shipping address.
Damages & Wrong Items If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Verified errors on our part will be corrected at no cost, with no restocking fee applied.
Refunds All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping using a trackable service. Enam's Locs is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refused & Undeliverable Packages Packages returned as refused or undeliverable are not eligible for a shipping refund. Re-shipping is available at the customer's expense.
Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
