Order Processing Duration

  • Dreadlock Extensions

Except for locs listed as "Ready-to-Ship", all of our dreadlock extensions are custom-made on order by hand at our studio in Accra, Ghana. Please allow 4-5 days for your locs to be prepared. "Ready-to-Ship" orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in New Jersey.

Our ultimate aim is to provide the best quality locs as the locs are handmade to each customer's desires.

  •  Other Items/Products (Tools & Other Accessories)

All other products (e.g. tools, products & other accessories) are shipped 24-48 hours after the order is received and should be received within 2-5 business days depending on the shipping option chosen.

Kindly exercise patience in case there are any challenges and your order is delayed within 1-3 days of the fulfillment deadline due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds/Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 7 days from delivery. If 7 days from delivery have elapsed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To process your return, we require your Order number.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

    • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then you refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 7-10 business days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned products to reach you may vary.

    When you are shipping an item back to Enam’s Locs, always use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
