Order Processing Time
All of our dreadlock extensions are custom made on order by hand at our studio in Accra, Ghana. Please allow at least 7 days for your locs to be prepared except for loc extensions listed as "Ready to Ship".
After locs are completed, your order will be shipped and all tracking information emailed to you.
Our ultimate aim is to provide the best quality locs as the locs are handmade to each customer's desires.
Ready to Ship dreadlock extensions are mailed out 24-48 hours after order is received.
All other products on enamslocs.com are shipped 24-48 hours after the order is received.
Kindly exercise patience in case there are any challenges and your order is delayed within 1-3 days of fulfillment deadline due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping and Delivery
All our Locs are shipped from Ghana to the Continental United States via USPS or DHL Express depending on the preference of customers.
We ship packages to all other locations worldwide via DHL Express Only.
Free Shipping (USA)
Orders are shipped to our distribution center in New Jersey for onward shipping to our beloved customers via United States Postal Service(USPS). This entire process takes a period of 7-10 business days. If you desire to have your locs arrive earlier kindly consider our paid DHL Express shipping option.
DHL Express (USA)
Customers interested in expedited delivery are advised to opt for the DHL Express service which can deliver their packages in 3-5 business days to the USA.
DHL Express (Worldwide)
For customers interested in delivery worldwide, DHL Express service is available.
Continental United States
- USPS (FREE): 7-10 Business days
- DHL Express (PAID): 3-5 Business days
- DHL Express (Worldwide): 3-5 Business days.
Customs and Import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their respective countries. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds/Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 7 days from delivery. If 7 days from delivery has elapsed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To process your return, we require your Order number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then you refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from you refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned products to reach you may vary.
When you are shipping an item back to Enam’s Locs, always use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
